I've got some important updates to share with you all.

In a nutshell, recent governmental decisions in Australia have thrown a curveball our way. The Australian Government, in tandem with the Australian Border Force, has decided to categorize all vaping products as contraband. As a result, starting March 1st, 2024, any vaping goodies nabbed by the ABF upon entry into Australia will be confiscated and bid farewell (unless, of course, you've got a rare unicorn permit, which, spoiler alert, doesn't exist).

And when I say "all vaping products," I mean it – from your favorite e-liquids to your trusty devices, and yes, even those empty bottles. It's a real head-scratcher, to put it mildly.

So, what's the game plan now?

Despite Australia's longstanding ban on importing and peddling nicotine disposables, it's been about as effective as a chocolate teapot. You could find disposables just about anywhere – tobacconists, gas stations, you name it.

After consulting with our legal eagles, it turns out these new rules don't apply to us Kiwis across the ditch. So, come March 1st, we're still in the business of sending our stuff worldwide, Australia included.

If the ABF believes they can spot our shipments amidst the torrent of packages inundating Australia daily, they're in for quite the scavenger hunt.

There's always a chance your package might get the ol' heave-ho, but odds are you won't end up in the clink for it. The worst-case scenario? Your order gets zapped.

In summary:

We're continuing to send our products worldwide, Australia included. Just keep in mind there's now an increased customs risk.
Should we observe a significant number of shipments being caught, we'll take a moment to reassess our strategy.
If your package does get caught, we regret to say there's not much we can do about it and we won't be able to refund you. So you will be buying at your own risk.
It's disappointing to have to relay this update, but remember, we're facing this challenge as a team.
